We want you to be 100% happy with your shopping experience at Emporium of Eshe. So that's why we offer a full refund and exchange service on our products, excluding sale items and change of mind purchases (in addition to your rights under Australian consumer law).

In accordance with the following conditions, all purchases from Emporium of Eshe can be exchanged or refunded:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase (copy of purchase on bank statement etc).
- Items returned to Emporium of Eshe must have the original tags/labels attached and be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused.
- The following items cannot be returned (unless faulty): earrings, scarves, gift cards and gift vouchers.

If these requirements are not satisfied, Emporium of Eshe reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund. Please note: We do not accept refunds for change of mind purchases, however we are happy to organize an exchange for another product for you!

Emporium of Eshe only accepts returned items by post.

Before returning an item, please contact us to facilitate the exchange or refund process. In the event of a faulty item, we will also be able to arrange the most appropriate return method.

And because the postal service is not always predictable, we recommend that you return your item/s using registered mail (or international registered mail for International customers) – Emporium of Eshe is not liable for the loss of a returned item in the mail.

To assist us to process your return quickly, we ask you to please include the following information with your item:
- Your name, address and contact details;
- Date your original order was placed;
- Copy of receipt; and a brief description of the reason for your return.

If you would like to exchange an item, please also provide us with the details of the style, size and color that you would prefer. If we have your preferred item in stock, the item from the original order will first be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. Any discounts received in the original order will be carried over in an exchange.

In the event that we do not have your item in stock, we can either swap your original purchase for a different product of the same value, or provide you with a refund. If this occurs, we will contact you first to discuss.

We know it can be difficult sometimes to purchase items and gifts online, please feel free to email us - hello@emporiumofeshe.com if you would like to discuss any aspect of the item you wish to order, or perhaps obtain any further detail on any stocked items.

Unless an item is faulty, Emporium of Eshe is not liable for:
Shipping costs on the original item;
Postage costs to return an item – whether change-of-mind return or exchange; or shipping costs for an exchange item.

For faulty items, Emporium of Eshe provides a full product refund, including shipping, and covers all costs associated with return postage.

Refunds will be processed as per the original method of payment. EFTPOS/Credit Card refunds must be processed against the same card used to make the original purchase.

Unless faulty, there will be no refunds or exchanges on sale items.
